We at 'KnowYourself' are committed to spreading awareness on mental health. Our mission is to make India a nation free from mental illnesses by 2025, where people don't consider them as a taboo subject anymore.

 

At KnowYourSelf, our aim is to encourage and help people who are struggling with mental health problems. We want to make it easier for people to talk about their thoughts, feelings and experiences with others who have something similar.
